The Center’s Objective Goals are to actively promote quality of life through assisting all participants to attain the appropriate quality services to maximize independence, dignity, and quality of life. The Metro Senior Center is willing to serve a broad range of people from 18 years old and up. The Center encourages the seniors to meet new friends and exercise to stay healthy. The Metro Senior Center is open to anyone who is interested in participating and enjoying their adult life.
